Squats feeling much better this week. Than the last. Getting into the groove of wider stance and flat soles.
Funny how around 3 years ago I was nowhere near deadlifting 5 plates. Here we are today with a single at 8RPE. with a sore lower back. Feeling pretty good about that lift
Not the best day for squats. But at least we’re pressing 205lbs overhead.

First day of week 4 in the books. Progress is going great. Really enjoying the heavy singles. The volume. Not so much
